Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Client Timezone: Kirkwood, New York USA

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update spreadsheets
  • Book travel arrangements and manage schedules
  • Complete and file paperwork
  • Assist with bill payments and basic financial tasks
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Basic understanding of financial processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm Eastern
  • Remote work, collaborating with an international team
  • Primarily internal-facing role, minimal direct client interaction
