POSITION SUMMARY:

Securonix is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Channel Operations Analyst to support our cybersecurity company’s channel sales operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our channel partners by optimizing operational processes, managing data analytics, and enabling seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for efficiency, and a solid understanding of channel sales and operations. 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the day-to-day operational needs of channel partners, including onboarding, program administration, and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with channel policies, agreements, and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and legal teams to streamline channel-related workflows and processes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights on channel performance, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel operations.
  • Monitor partner program performance and recommend improvements to optimize outcomes.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining tools, resources, and processes that support channel partners’ success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries related to operational processes, payments, and program guidelines.
  • Work closely with marketing and enablement teams to ensure partners have access to the necessary materials and training.
  • Maintain and improve channel management platforms and tools (e.g., Partner Relationship Management [PRM] systems, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry for partner profiles, deal registrations, and program participation.
  • Provide training and support to partners and internal teams on using channel systems and tools.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Proactively address challenges and create solutions to enhance partner experience and channel effectiveness.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and partner engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems is a plus.
