  • Ability to manage and execute programmatic campaigns with minimal supervision.
  • Experience navigating Inventory Marketplace and various deal types in buying platforms.
  • Knowledge of multiple DSPs and their unique selling points.

Social:

  • Ability to build full campaigns from scratch and regularly optimize KPIs.
  • Experience developing complex social media activation principles and incorporating them into campaigns.

  • Thorough understanding of SEM, search engine management platforms, and site-side analytics solutions (GA360, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of structural best practices for paid search and motivation to stay updated on industry changes.

Qualifications:

  • Confidence in data analysis and storytelling, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage agency relationships.
  • Strong technical acumen, particularly in DRTV (Direct Response Television) and sophisticated measurement partners (Innovid, VideoAmp, etc.).
