The Talent Acquisition team at GFiber is responsible for proactively sourcing and attracting the people that help drive the success of our thriving internet company. Role Description
As a recruiter on our team, you'll connect highly qualified talent with highly desired jobs in a dynamic, startup environment. We're looking for a driven and adaptable talent advisor who can own the full hiring process, from sourcing to offer and everything in between. You'll work closely with your lead and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs of our business and build diverse talent pipelines. You'll use various metrics and reports to identify bottlenecks and optimize your workflow, while ensuring compliance with all hiring processes and applicable laws. Be ready to flex your skills across different business areas, as your client assignments may shift based on the evolving needs of our fast-paced company. In this role, you'll:
- Build strategic partnerships: Connect with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and partner with your lead to successfully overcome obstacles and achieve shared hiring goals.
- Source and screen for top talent: Use approved tools and processes to effectively and equitably source and screen both internal and external candidates to build strong, diverse hiring pipelines.
- Manage candidate pipelines: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by setting expectations through phone screens, efficiently scheduling interviews, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage data to track and report progress: Ensure compliance with approved hiring processes by leveraging internal tools to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress towards the achievements of key goals.
- Offer negotiation and onboarding support: Proficiently negotiate job offers to secure top talent and provide guidance to candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with team members : Be a proactive and supportive team player by offering assistance to colleagues with recruiting and administrative tasks that may be required to remain productive and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; 4 years of relevant recruiting experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in either a corporate or agency setting, with a focus on high-volume roles.
- Experience managing a high volume of recruiting activities in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed during heavy hiring periods.
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience recruiting for the telecommunications industry or an internet service provider (ISP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in a data-driven environment.
- 2 years of outbound sourcing, identifying and engaging passive non-tech candidates at various experience levels.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $83,000 - $121,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
