We are looking for you, located in Trier, Bonn or 100 % remote in Germany as a

Product Manager (m/f/d) Mental Health

Your tasks:

• Product management of all mental Health topics within the Value Stream ‘Regular Care’

• Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy

• Communication with our customers and development partners

• Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends

• Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams

• Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation

You bring along:                                      

• University degree in Medicine, Medical Science or engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. experienced mental-health nurse)

• 2-5 years expertise in software industry in PM, R&D, Service, Customer support or 5-10 years’ experience in hospital environment

• Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers

• Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)

• Strong business acumen

• Motivated team player

• Excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus)
