The Senior WMS Project Manager will lead project implementations in Spain and Portugal, understanding the requirements of the customers and bringing value and improvements to their operations. Internally he will lead the implementation team and assuring an excellent implementation of the project.
You will be responsible for the professional and technical implementation of innovative software to control the logistics processes of our well-known customers.
As the functional and technically responsible contact person in all project phases, you will draw up specifications together with our customers.
You will be responsible for the functional and technical management of the project team across all project phases (specifications, IT design, programming, testing and commissioning).
You will monitor the progress of the project and present it in status reports.
As a technical expert, you will also provide support in the sales processes for our products and in costing.
Working pattern and hours Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Several years of experience in project management.
Very good written and spoken Portuguese, Spanish and good English skills.
Interest in processes in logistics and automation technology.
Knowledge of a programming language and experience in working with databases are an advantage.
Committed and structured personality with a high level of comprehension.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork round off your profile.
University or university of applied sciences degree or compensating work experience.
