Job description

Join our crowdfunding team and become the face of Lucky Duck Games! You'll lead communication with our passionate community, write engaging updates, manage social tools, collaborate with our design and development teams and content creators, and showcase our upcoming studio games at conventions.

What You’ll Do

Community Engagement:

  • Write and post updates during campaigns (daily) and post-campaign (monthly).

  • Demo games at conventions and coordinate with content creators for coverage.

  • Engage with backers on crowdfunding platforms and social media.

  • Collaborate with customer support to address inquiries and feedback.

  • Represent Lucky Duck Games in press, media, and community communications.

Content Creation:

  • Work with the tam to craft updates, social posts, and emails.

  • Coordinate video content for campaign previews and reviews.

  • Create content like unboxings, how-to-plays, and designer interviews.

  • Organize community events (polls, giveaways, livestreams).

  • Build partnerships with content creators to support campaigns.

Strategic Planning:

  • Suggest improvements to crowdfunding policies and procedures.

  • Identify new opportunities and products for crowdfunding.

  • Understand crowdfunding trends and target audience expectations.

  • Monitor the market to develop products that meet customer demand.

What We’re Looking For
  • Native-level English.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in the board game industry/community.

  • Proven crowdfunding campaign management experience (preferably in board games).

  • Excellent writing and project management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of crowdfunding platforms and their tools.

  • Passion for board games and understanding of market trends.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

  • Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to incorporate feedback.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with tools like BackerKit and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Connections with publishers or content creators.

  • Fluency in French and/or Polish.
