The Role and What You’ll Do:

The is a critical support role for Anthony Travel’s University Hotel Program teams.  The role focuses primarily on supporting the accounting and reporting processes for the University Hotel Programs.  Responsibilities will include managing defined policies and procedures, entering and managing data in travel systems and developing and analyzing internal, vendor and client reports.  

  • Manage all accounts receivables and payables process for current and future University Hotel Programs including hotel commissions and rebate payments.

  • Create, send and collect on invoices and manage post event reports

  • Assist with vendor, client and customer calls and issues, as required

  • Create internal and external reports that highlight progress and support decision making

  • Create and review client and vendor reports including key data and financial summaries information

  • Assist with recap meeting materials and reports

  • Perform industry research and make recommendations pertinent to client needs

  • Implement and maintain current technology / accounting system

  • Manage special projects with some guidance, identifying goals/problems and structuring and driving solutions

  • Work effectively with team members from various departments and locations

  • Develop relationships and work effectively with key hotel and partner client contacts

  • Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to ensure all are completed on time

  • Provide administrative and organization support to the team

  • Provide other tasks as necessary to assure success of the program, as requested by the Senior Director or other members of the team. 

You Have These

  • Minimum of 2 years previous accounts receivables experience, preferably in a hotel environment.

  • Must have strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Effectively interact with management on a regular basis

  • Must be strong at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment

  • Professionalism, positive attitude and a team player is a must

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written are key

  • Previous experience in developing, managing and reporting data is a plus.  

  • Supply Management
