About you
You are a dynamic and experienced Workplace Strategist specializing in research, analytics, benchmarking, data collection, reporting, and workplace tool development designed to empower clients with informed and quantitatively defensible decisions.
Passionate about workplace strategy, you are looking for a role where you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, leveraging data analytics, benchmarking industry practices, and contributing to thought leadership. You are passionate about developing advanced reporting mechanisms and analytical tools to deliver impactful solutions that address current challenges and prepare organizations for the future of work.
In this role, you will…
Support the execution of a range of workplace strategy client engagements, with a particular emphasis on quantitative analysis.
Analyze client data and discovery findings and translate insights to actionable workplace strategy recommendations.
Contribute to creating presentations and reports, presenting complex ideas in a way that clients can readily understand. Provide best practice guidance to your colleagues on data visualization for compelling storytelling.
Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve the practice's analytical tools, including visualization dashboards, utilization models, and space planning and optimization calculators.
Contribute to thought leadership developed by the team and stay current on workplace and employee experience trends and emerging technologies in order to inform strategic recommendations.
What you bring
3-5 years’ experience in Workplace Strategy, research, analytics, or related discipline
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for example pivot tables, V-Lookups, cell calculations, formulas, macros, etc.) as well as the ability to work in all the Microsoft Office suite software technology.
Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio, etc.) to present insights and findings in a visually compelling manner.
Strong expertise in research methodologies, data collection and architecture, analysis, and reporting.
Experience crafting prompts and using AI as a thought partner.
Demonstrated proficiency in developing workplace tools like utilization trackers, space optimization models, and workplace analytics dashboards.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data sets.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in benchmarking industry practices and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $95,367 to $125,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
