Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years previous experience in customer support, account management, or order management roles. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, order management software, and other relevant tools.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Answer Inbound Calls: Respond promptly to incoming customer calls and inquiries in a polite and professional manner. 
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling for clients using internal scheduling systems. 
  • Customer Support: Provide basic troubleshooting and customer support, addressing customer issues and ensuring satisfactory solutions. 
  • Dispatch Queries: Direct complex queries or requests to the appropriate team members or departments for resolution. 
  • Customer Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, ensuring they are informed of the status of their requests.
  • Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the companys CRM system. 
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
