We are currently seeking a Microsoft Power BI Developer to join our team in REMOTE, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

Job Description:
Description: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to modernize and enhance our Privileged Access Management (PAM) dashboard. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Power BI development and have experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). This role will involve redesigning and optimizing the dashboard to deliver actionable insights, improve user experience, and align with organizational security objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dashboard Modernization: Redesign and develop a modern, user-friendly Power BI dashboard for Privileged Access Management, ensuring a visually appealing and intuitive interface.
• Data Integration and Management: Work with MSSQL databases to structure and optimize data storage, retrieval, and transformation processes for dashboard integration.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the dashboard performs efficiently with large data sets, incorporating best practices for Power BI modeling and DAX queries.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and security requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Data Security and Compliance: Ensure all data handling and reporting processes comply with organizational security policies and industry standards for privileged access management.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate dashboard functionality, data accuracy, and user satisfaction.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of the dashboard design, data models, and development processes to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years experience as a Power BI Developer, including hands-on expertise in Power BI report and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in MSSQL, including writing and optimizing SQL queries, designing schemas, and integrating data into Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management concepts and the ability to tailor dashboards to security-related use cases.
• Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query for data modeling and transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within project timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other BI tools or advanced data analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and privileged access security tools.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) or Microsoft Entra.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Azure Data Fundamentals).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting range for this remote role is ($44-45 per hr). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
