Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Advisor for the St. Jude Walk/Run program! You will be at the forefront of creating, managing, and implementing national strategies for this impactful program. Your role will involve proactively monitoring and mitigating brand, legal, and financial risks, while also driving research, recruitment, reputation management, training, and cultivating key relationships. You'll focus on continuous improvement through performance metrics analysis, innovative test-and-learn opportunities, and post-delivery evaluations.

Essential Job Functions:

Strategic Initiatives: Identify and drive key initiatives that align with ALSAC’s strategic plan.

Program Execution: Oversee the execution of area plans to achieve business objectives and enhance St. Jude’s fundraising efforts.

Budget Management: Operate within established budgetary parameters and collaborate effectively to address any issues.

Program Management: Manage day-to-day program aspects, train on measurable strategies, and prioritize progressive program initiatives to build market penetration.

Marketing Collaboration: Create market mailing schedules and determine mail selects through detailed performance metrics analysis and target audience segmentation. Work with marketing partners to develop printed campaign materials.

Legal Compliance: Work closely with the Legal Department to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal protocols.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and communicate insights effectively.

Representation: Represent ALSAC-St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital positively at industry functions and interact with industry professionals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in internal communication, budgeting, and special events fundraising.
Knowledge of the active lifestyle industry is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external relations.
Proficiency in data processing applications.
Ability to understand and execute complex verbal and written instructions.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and drive results.
Bachelor's degree or more than 5 years of relevant experience.
