Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote - LATAM)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions. You will play a critical role in optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, enhancing system performance, and driving initiatives that improve our development and operations practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems architecture and implement new technologies.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application performance issues.
  • Implement infrastructure automation, configuration management, and efficient monitoring solutions.
  • Ensure best practices and security standards are followed across infrastructure and deployments.

Requirements/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Extensive experience in DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Git, Ansible, Terraform, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Proficient in infrastructure-as-code and configuration management.

  • Experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Nomad).

  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
