We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Lead Generation Specialist to join our client’s team in the vibrant voice-over industry. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind identifying and qualifying potential leads for our thriving voice acting businesses. Your work will directly impact the growth of our client base, allowing our talented voice actors to focus on what they do best - creating exceptional voice-over content. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research to uncover potential leads across various industries requiring voice-over services
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive lists of prospective clients, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  
• Utilize the Nimble CRM system to verify and update contact information for leads
  
• Apply specific criteria provided by the voice actors to qualify leads effectively
  
• Work closely with voice actors to gain a deep understanding of target markets and buyer personas
  
• Manage and organize the lead database with meticulous attention to detail
  
• Assist with data entry and CRM management tasks to keep all systems current
  
• Generate regular reports on lead generation metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
  
• Stay informed about industry trends and new potential markets for voice-over services
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role within a fast-paced environment
  
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Nimble
  
• Strong research skills with the ability to find and analyze relevant data quickly and efficiently
  
• Excellent attention to detail and capability to manage large datasets accurately
  
• Familiarity with lead research tools such as Hunter.io and Apollo
  
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  
• Basic understanding of the voice-over industry or a strong willingness to learn quickly
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques in the ever-evolving field of lead generation
  
• Passion for the media and entertainment industry is a plus
