Job description

This is a remote position.

Certification:

Indigenous Cultural Safety training. 
Technical Writing certification.

Skills:

  • 10 years’ experience performing business analysis including developing models for operational service delivery and synthesizing findings to present to key stakeholder groups for decision making. Examples should include consolidating stakeholder input with data analysis, presenting findings to leadership teams, developing future state models, performing gap analyses, and developing transition plans for future state models.
  • 5 years’ experience facilitating organizational capability redesign activities and workshops to improve system efficiency and effectiveness. Activities should include developing recommendations, conducting reviews with stakeholders, and obtaining approval with executives and senior leadership in the organization.
  • 5 years’ experience leading teams of analysts and consultants and managing projects, including strategy and detailed project planning.
  • 5 years’ experience in excel working with data to create pivot tables and charts using worksheets data and external resources, modify pivot tables, sort items. group data, and refresh and format pivot tables. 
  • 3 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting organizational change management planning and activities. Experience should include organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, development of organizational change management plans, and development of content, including presentations, reports, training material, websites and communications. Strong writing experience and skills are required.
  • 3 years’ experience performing analysis and implementing change in a healthcare environment.  Experience should include analysis of service delivery activities, facilitation with key stakeholders, and assisting the business through change and transformation. 
  • 3 years’ experience as a business analyst supporting Indigenous / First Nations projects or operations in a healthcare environment. Experience should include meeting with management and stakeholders, requirements gathering, change management, and content development.
