Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo sales with a "hunter" mentality.
- Utilise Fortune 500 B2B sales experience and industry expertise to generate a robust sales pipeline.
- Respond to and close RFPs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of prospects' or clients’ short-term and long-term strategic requirements.
- Partner effectively with Sales Leadership to establish optimal sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales Support, Account Management, Operations, and other departments to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Monitor economic and legal trends impacting pursuits and industry climate.
- Present information effectively to internal and external associates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in New Logo BPO sales is highly desired.
- Seven or more years of solution selling experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to lead and organise multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programmes, and business initiatives with creativity and ingenuity.
- Mastery of business operations and industry practices.
- Recognised externally as a subject matter expert on emerging trends and industry practices.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
