Business Development Manager

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead and mentor our growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). As a key player in our sales organization, you will help scale our outbound sales motion, optimize team performance, and drive ambitious growth targets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-performing team that targets diverse industries and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of at least 4 BDRs, fostering a high-energy and results-driven culture.
  • Performance Management: Track and analyze team KPIs, ensuring both quality and quantity targets are met.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to support team growth and individual career development.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruiting efforts to attract top talent and design effective onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Strategy & Execution: Collaborate on messaging, outreach methodologies, and team strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on team performance, challenges, and successes to the Director of Business Development.



Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a tech company with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership: 1+ years of management experience leading a high-performing team of BDRs/SDRs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and compelling messages.
  • Passion for People: A strong passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing employees to reach their full potential.
  • Sales Savvy: Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and a strong understanding of prospecting tools and technologies.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change with a can-do attitude.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with diverse industries and use cases for high-quality audio and video content is a plus.
  • Mindset: Coachable, proactive, and independent with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
