ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Outbound Team Lead at Jumpfactor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Outbound Marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility is to efficiently manage a team of Outbound Specialists, fostering collaboration and transparent communication within your team to ensure they consistently meet and exceed established KPI targets. In this client-facing role, you will build strong relationships with clients by providing clear work summaries, proactively addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that arise promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of hands-on account management or customer service experience

  • History of achieving clear KPIs and revenue targets for at least 1 year.

  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn’s features, algorithms, and best practices.

  • 1+ year of project / task management experience.

  • High level of tech savviness and software proficiency.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Experience or strong interest in Lead generation & Outbound marketing.

  • Very comfortable with Data export, manipulation and migration

  • Ability to break down complex processes into understandable steps.

  • Understanding of lead management (MQL, SQL, etc)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Efficiently manage a team of Outbound Specialists

  • Ensure the team hits the KPI targets

  • Build rapport with clients and ensure client issues are addressed

  • Collaborate and work closely with your team of outbound specialists to be able to flag issues, and provide work summaries to your clients transparently

  • Set up custom new domains for the campaign and configure email and LinkedIn outreach licenses

  • Training the new Outbound Specialists to get live on the floor

  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly update and refine the outbound processes / best practices based on evolving business needs and feedback from the team.
