Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Deelname aan productindustrialisatie na overdracht vanuit productontwikkeling.
• Ondersteuning bij operationele kwesties van (pre-)serieproductie en veldprestaties.
• Opstellen van kostenberekeningen.
• Opstellen van projectplannen om het cross-functionele team aan te sturen in overeenstemming met de project scope.
• Ondersteuning voor actief projectmanagement:
  - Uitvoeren van dagelijks projectmanagement gedurende de gehele programmalevenscyclus.
  - Beheren van projectbudget, risico's en problemen en nemen van corrigerende maatregelen.
  - Coördinatie van projecten en hun afhankelijkheden, evenals projectoverschrijdend gebruik
     en beheer van middelen.
  - Managen van project/productwijzigingen samen met de Product Change Manager.
• Voorbereiden van informatie en resultaten voor het (top)management.

Wat vragen wij van jou

• Diploma in engineering, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek.
• Basiskennis projectmanagement.
• Goede kennis van Engels en Nederlands.
• Bewust van onderlinge relaties binnen een organisatie.
• Functionele communicatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
• Vermogen om te communiceren met senior management.
• Bereidheid om conflicten aan te gaan, gebaseerd op feiten en cijfers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Lead Industrialization.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Participation in product industrialization after handover from product development.
• Support with operational issues from (pre-)series production and field performance.
• Preparation of costing measures.
• Create project plans to manage the cross-functional team in accordance with the project scope.
• Support for active project management
  • Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle
  • Manage project budget, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions
  • Coordination of projects and their dependencies as well as cross-project use and management of resources
  • Manage project product changes together with the Product Change Manager.
• Preparation of information and results for (top) management.
