Graphic and Motion Designer for Brand at Genesis

SUITSME is a femtech company founded in Kyiv, Ukraine, dedicated to developing digital products that enhance women’s well-being. Our flagship product, the SUITSME fashion game, launched in late 2021 and has already garnered over 16 million installs. In 2024, we introduced FABU, a mood journal, which is now rapidly scaling.

As a Graphic and Motion Designer for Brand, you will create high-quality, visually engaging content for the company’s and product’s social media channels. Your goal will be to establish a distinctive and consistent visual identity that enhances audience engagement and loyalty.

What you will do:

• Work closely with PR, SMM, and community specialists to produce visual content for corporate and product channels.
• Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, videos, and animations tailored to different social media platforms, effectively conveying brand messaging;
• Maintain visual brand consistency by adhering to established guidelines across all content;
• Optimize designs to meet platform-specific requirements (e.g., sizes, formats) to boost engagement and visibility;
• Create video and animated content to captivate audiences and elevate social media engagement;
• Experiment with innovative design ideas while balancing high-performing concepts with creative exploration;
• Stay informed about emerging trends in design and social media platforms;
• Monitor content performance metrics to guide design decisions and strategies.

What are your qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant design experience (1+ years in motion design, 1 year - graphic design);
• Strong interest in social media and a deep understanding of its dynamics;
• Proven experience in creating visuals for SMM;
• A keen eye for design trends and a strong aesthetic sense;
• Ability to follow briefs and propose creative ideas for visual content;
• Familiarity with platform-specific content requirements (e.g., sizes, orientations, safe zones);
• Proficiency in motion design and video editing;
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro;
• Previous experience working with digital products;
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Proactive in analyzing and drawing inspiration from successful social media brand campaigns;
• Passion for fashion or mobile gaming;
• Experience working with digital products for international markets.

Що ми очікуємо ви будете робити:

• Працювати з командами PR, SMM та ком’юніті для створення візуального контенту для корпоративних та продуктових каналів, забезпечуючи відповідність дизайну загальним цілям бренду;
• Створювати різні типи статичного та відео контенту та адаптовувати його для різних платформ;
• Забезпечувати відповідність усіх візуальних комунікацій бренд-гайдлайнам, щоб сприяти впізнаваності бренду;
• Адаптувати візуальний контент до вимог різних соціальних платформ;
• Створювати відео- та анімаційний контент, для цільової аудиторії та сприяти підвищенню активності у соціальних мережах (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest);
• Постійно шукати та втілювати нові дизайн-рішення;
• Відстежувати нові тренди у дизайні та соціальних мережах;
• Бути data-driven та спиратися на показники ефективності контенту, щоб вдосконалювати підхід до дизайну.

Вимоги:

• 2-3 роки релевантного досвіду ( 1+ років в моушн дизайні, 1+ графічному дизайні);
• Зацікавленість соціальними мережами та розуміння алгоритмів їхньої роботи;
• Орієнтуватися в сучасних трендах дизайну;
• Вміння працювати по ТЗ та пропонувати креативні ідеї;
• Розуміння специфіки контенту для різних платформ (розміри, орієнтація);
• Навички моушн-дизайну на просунутому рівні;
• Знання таких інструментів, як Figma, Photoshop та Adobe Premiere Pro;
• Попередній досвід роботи з діджитал-продуктами;
• Знання англійської мови на рівні B2 і вище.

Бажані навички:

• Зацікавленість креативними кампаніями брендів для переймання успішнього досвіду;
• Інтерес до моди або мобільних ігор;
• Досвід роботи з міжнародними ринками.
