How you will make a difference:

As the HR Services Manager (HRSM) within our Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) organisation, you will play a crucial role by delivering expert HR advice to a diverse range of global clients. 🌍

In this 1-year fixed-term contract, you’ll be the go-to expert 🏆, delivering top-notch HR advice on Employment Laws in Hungary, with the potential to influence HR practices in other countries as business needs evolve. Depending on business needs, this role may also involve supporting other countries, offering you a unique chance to impact and elevate our global HR services.

  • Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for all GEO workers, engaging attentively at each stage and maintaining proactive communication.
  • Effective Offboarding: Manage both voluntary and involuntary exits, including retirements, to minimise risks and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Local Market Competitiveness: Enhance worker satisfaction by providing strategic guidance on benefits and local employment considerations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to boost competitiveness and mitigate risks.
  • Service Quality: Deliver high-caliber service and advice, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take full responsibility for local market processes and outcomes.
  • Payroll Support: Assist the Payroll team with localized insights and support.
  • Project Participation: Engage in various projects as assigned by your line manager.
  • Legal Updates: Keep the team and management informed with regular updates on employment law changes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local sales and other teams, offering valuable insights from the local market perspective.

  • HR Expertise: Demonstrated experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on managing employment terminations.
  • Employment Relations: Proven ability to advise on complex employment relations issues.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both Hungarian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Labor Law Expert: In-depth knowledge of local labor laws.
  • Proactive Approach: High level of accountability, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is advantageous.
