Currently, we are seeking an AI Business Analyst to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: 
 
Position Title: AI Business Analyst
 
Location: Remote
 
What you will be doing:
 
As a Business Analyst with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), you will be responsible for analyzing and developing AI-based solutions that align with the company’s business objectives. You will work closely with the management team to identify opportunities for AI implementation, develop strategies to optimize business processes, and develop and implement training programs for AI tools for use by managers and employees. This Analyst will initially build upon existing projects related to Microsoft CoPilot, setting the foundation for future AI-driven growth within the team.
  • Act as a trainer, mentor, and leader to advise management of AI technologies.  Be an ambassador of AI within the business departments and IT.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Gen AI tools, such as Microsoft CoPilot, used within the enterprise.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
  • Confident and comfortable working directly with people from various business units on ongoing education within AI technologies.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that can be leveraged to improve business performance.
  • Developing and implementing AI-based solutions that improve business processes and drive growth.
  • Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ongoing research and training, staying abreast of AI technologies to maintain awareness of current technologies.
  • Conducting research on trending AI technologies and their potential applications in the company’s business operations.
  • Ensuring that AI-based solutions comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Testing – Ensure that newly developed or enhanced computer systems are thoroughly tested and are properly deployed.
  • IT Liaison - Provide bridge to lead / support communications between business area and technical resources for design and development.
  • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  • Technical Tasks – Assist in technical related tasks and analysis.
  • Analysis & Research - Process analysis for the purpose of implementing technology-based solutions.
  • Assist in various technology-related projects as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or a related subject
  • Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft CoPilot.
  • 1+  years of experience in business systems analysis, with a focus on AI.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL, including the ability to perform complex queries and understand database technologies, table structures, and stored procedures.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their potential applications in business operations.
  • MS office products (Word, Excel, Project, Visio). 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business data and compare and contrast expected results from actual results.
  • Ability to trouble shoot and solve application problems where technical understanding of the application is required.
Secondary/Good to haves:
  • Microsoft AI related tools/software
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Python, Pytorch and Tensorflow
  • PowerBI (beneficial for the future)

  • Effectively explains complex technical concepts to diverse team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow in an evolving technological landscape.
