Job description

About the opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to support the Spanish Complaint Management & Prevention (CMP) department in Spain (Barcelona).

You will have the unique opportunity to make an impact at N26 by working with stakeholders across multiple functions.

 

In this role, you will:
  • Work mainly on spanish authority and lawyer complaints 

  • Help to identify the complaint root-causes and define possible solutions

  • Assist and participate in mitigation projects (complaint prevention)

  • Take over own small initiatives for improvement of processes

  • Face a great variety of different topics and no monotonous work

  • Witness a very good team spirit and cooperation

  • Develop more bank-specific expertise esp. about compliance related topics

  • Work on all processes in your area with a substantial degree of autonomy, and be a PoC if any issues arise

  • Detect inefficiencies in the team’s workflows proactively and propose efficient solutions

 
What you need to be successful
  • You speak fluent Spanish, and fluent English, knowledge of French/German/Italian is a plus

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. business or law studies) is a plus

  • Relevant work experience in a Compliance, Legal or Regulatory position

  • Good knowledge of our CRM system (Salesforce) and experience with process management tools like Jira and Confluence

  • You use your time effectively, can prioritise appropriately and meet deadlines

  • You are committed and eager to learn and want to drive the improvement and optimisation of our processes

  • You enjoy working in a highly motivated team, but also have a high degree of autonomy
