Job role
The role is part of the Business Analytics Multinational Team, within the Actuarial Pillar of Allianz Services Romania.
For this run service collaboration, you would be working closely with the global and dynamic team of AGCS Multinational professionals.
Allianz Multinational Insurance Program team is a dedicated group of specialists, who deliver our unique selling proposition through technical excellence, the Allianz Network and a relentless focus on clients. We aim to increase the knowledge of our Global Team to enhance the Client Experience through our technical capabilities, internal collaboration and to set the tone for our Multinational growth.
You will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Midcorp Product Owner (PO) and GPS2.0 PO/PM/AzTech to ensure proactive communication, including the development of a feasible GPS2 onboarding roadmap for Midcorp Operational Entities (OEs). This should be done in strong alignment with multinational and delivery teams.
In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge, deep understanding of Multinational value chain and processes, and competitor benchmarking to scope requirements and implement new Multinational business process along with training respective teams and business units.
What you will do
• Enable detailed steering for Midcorp Operational Entities towards the onboarding process, including task management, organization, communication, status updates, and dependency management.
• Work closely with delivery teams to understand capability development, data migration approaches, delivery timelines, and reporting strategies.
• Support Operational Entities and the Midcorp Product Owner in identifying the appropriate organizational setup for working with GPS and connected applications.
• Collaborate with the AGCS Change Management team to leverage best practices, ensuring a smooth and successful Operational Entities onboarding.
• Enhance Operational Entities onboarding process so that it allows scaling
• Ensure alignment with the aggregator service model to understand timelines, model options, dependencies, and relevance for onboarded Midcorp Operational Entities.
• Communicate status updates, successes, and achievements clearly and effectively.
• Understand the development roadmap of GPS (e.g., CWB integration, NextGen Workflow) to identify dependencies and their impact on Midcorp Operational Entities onboarding plans.
• Intake Operational Entities requirements (e.g., functional) to be added to the backlog for prioritization; facilitate the prioritization of Midcorp Operational Entities requirements.
What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance or a related field and fluent in English (Proficiency level).
• Ideally you also have experience in Project Management and Consulting background to lead change management topics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders on various levels and experience working in multicultural environment and with complex projects.
• Proficiency in Agile and insurance software systems (e.g., GPS).
• Change management experience, as well as experience using Project management tools or other process mapping tools.
You have
• Excellent and clear communicator in the English language; German-speaking skills are highly beneficial.
• Output/result-driven. Very good with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Highly structured; project management skills will be helpful.
• Hands-on attitude and can-do mindset to achieve onboarding objectives.
• Ideally experience with GPS and agile software delivery teams
