About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for our sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and contributing to the companys revenue objectives. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales leaders.
Present and sell Internet, VOIP, and wireless plans to prospects.
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and interactions in the CRM.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and meeting set-ups.
Develop a strong understanding of Tech Launch Solutions services and offerings.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Job Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom, IT, or SaaS industries.
Experience in high volume cold calling, email campaigns and Linkedin outreach, with a track record of exceeding quota.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products and services.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Apollo or HubSpot.
A results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with internet, VOIP, or wireless technology is a plus.
