What Nonstop is Looking For:

As the New Market Development Manager you will be responsible for supporting and growing new Sales Representative territories by leveraging creativity, association partnerships, marketing assets, campaigns, a proactive approach, and hustle! 


You will work closely with sales leaders and follow the direction of the Business Development leadership team to drive growth. This role involves overseeing association deliverables to create visibility opportunities for sales and requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You will execute a business development plan, approved by leadership, to ignite sales in new territories and ensure new sales reps have every opportunity for success. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Business Development on association marketing partnerships to identify marketing opportunities that promote new sales representative growth within those associations, with broker partners, and other marketing partners. 


Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ability to advise and support new Sales Reps to identify, develop new, and enhance existing association and broker relationships, which may include providing research, analysis, and reporting to support the identification and development of new partners and the enhancement of existing partners
  • Formulate business development plans overseen by Business Development leaders
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to get plan buy-in
  • Work closely with the content team to launch targeted content campaigns within a given market -- press announcements, Google ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and utilize overarching content campaigns, etc. 
  • Guide new Sales Rep to follow the business plan agreed upon - nurturing new reps to grow quickly and create new contacts within their territories
  • Oversee current association partnership deliverables and utilize those relationships for growth
  • Provide coaching to new Sales Reps on market domination
  • Organizational skills are a must
  • Additional duties as assigned by your manager.


Requirements

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • 2 - 3 years experience minimum in new market development with a bachelor’s degree or higher or 5+ years of experience in new market development
  • Ability to think creatively about growth
  • Flexible personality to be able to work with and lead people, not on your team
  • Strong organizational and project management skills are a must
  • Marketing background to strategically think about what’s needed to grow Sales Rep territory
  • Experience in relationship-based marketing.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Experience working with a diverse team.
  • The capability to cover all travel expenses upfront and receive reimbursement from Nonstop for 100% of approved travel costs within 30 days

Perks and Compensation:

  • Full-time/Salary/Exempt position.
  • Salary $95,000 to $105,000

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day.
  • Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-55 pounds occasionally.
  • Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone and video communication.
  • Visual ability is sufficient to read and produce printed material and information displayed on a computer screen.
