As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, you will leverage your communication skills to assist callers with their concerns, including navigating apps, websites, and paperwork. Your role will involve documenting calls, troubleshooting timesheet issues, and guiding consumers through the provider hiring process.With a focus on delivering friendly, timely responses, you will engage with an elderly population and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their unique needs are met. A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a private workspace are essential for optimal remote work performance. You should be proficient in troubleshooting common computer issues and comfortable using specific software tools, as Mac and Chromebooks are not compatible with our platform. Clear and concise verbal communication skills are crucial, alongside the ability to build rapport with callers from diverse backgrounds.A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement, with additional education preferred. You must be available to work between 8 am and 8 pm EST, with weekend availability being a plus. A successful candidate will thrive in our dynamic, customer-focused environment while embodying our core values of empathy and problem-solving.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Ability to work remotely
  • including reliable high-speed Internet; the ability to troubleshoot common computer issues; and a private dedicated work space is required.
  • Must have a computer (laptop or desktop Mac and Chromebooks are not compatible with platform), monitors, and a USB-wired headset.
  • Minimum of High School diploma required: additional education preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check.
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with callers.
  • Must be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm EST, with weekend availability preferred.
