The Opportunity:


This is role sits within our Business unit of Oncology. Your role will be to represent and promote our Oncology portfolio of products, including Prostate oncology in a specialist hospital environment. This will include developing territory insights, planning and execution and continuously improve territory business plans to meet and exceed customer goals.


Your position will be field-based in the state of Queensland in Australia.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop territory plans and execute sales and marketing programs in line with brand strategies within the territory.
  • Use your skills and ability of using multichannel resources including F2F sales calls to engage key Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Urologists.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.
  • Actively monitor and analyze market data to determine territory performance and identify opportunities and business insights.


Essential Knowledge & Experience:


  • Previous experience as a hospital sales specialist in Oncology.
  • Knowledge and understanding of hospital processes and protocols.
  • Experienced in retention and utilizing a high-level of clinical knowledge.


Preferred Knowledge & Experience:


  • Knowledge of how to work autonomously and as a team.


Education:


  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or equivalent.


Additional Information:


  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • Applicants must be based in Australia and have full working rights in Australia.
  • This position is field-based in Queensland, Australia, and 65% travel is expected in line with your role.
  • Candidates must be located within the state of Queensland.
