Job description

We are seeking a Travel Consultant to work remotely for a company based in Falmouth.

Salary & Terms

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Salary between £26,000 - £28,000 plus commisions
  • Hybrid role

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design bespoke travel itineraries and packages based on client preferences, budgets, and interests.
  • Build relationships with luxury travel suppliers to secure preferred rates and exclusive amenities.
  • Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including trains, accommodations, and activities.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service throughout the travel planning process.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations and destination-specific guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Meet sales targets and promote additional services to enhance client experiences.
