• Agile/Scrum ceremonies, work on a team level as well as coach and mature the team to clients’ expectations following their SAFe maturity strategy. - SAFe Certification

Description: Milestone/SMCI is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master / Project Manager who has a background in clinical trial data analytical projects, using SaaS / Cloud platforms. The Sr. PM/SM will report directly to the clients DTI product team owner and will lead a team that includes up to 15 cross development resources on a global scale. Will need to be able to work supporting primarily PST time zone but is expected to work other time zones supporting the global nature of the program.

This role must also have extensive experience working with executive business owners and technology leadership in managing proof of concept projects in design and deployment of new cloud-based solutions in the clinical data foundation environment. Drug Development process knowledge in a biopharmaceutical environment is needed with an emphasis in clinical data foundation, and specifically in Signal detection in pharmacovigilance (PV) with primary submission process understanding managing preparation of data adhering to client and FDA regulations.

The Sr. PM/SM is a hybrid role and is expected to manage all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, work on a team level as well as coach and mature the team to clients’ expectations following their SAFe maturity strategy. This role is also expected to perform project management duties, including managing all facets of budgeting of the project, and deliverables; especially important this role is expected to take full ownership of all project management duties and especially critical of all of project status reports (PowerPoint) and meeting coordination and management facilitating and presenting meetings with executive business owners and technology leadership in attendance. Must have a succinct, concise, professional demeanor capable of presenting status in a clear manner and have worked with executives on both the technology and business functions in an organization of size, with executive presence and executive communication and presentation skills a must.

Compensation

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $75.00/Hr - USD $79.00/Hr.
