Jr. Business Analyst (Bilingual English & Spanish)

Overview:

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our seasoned professionals, contributing your analytical skills and eagerness to learn. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational business analysis skills while actively participating in the discovery and implementation of innovative solutions.

This role is 100% remote in Colombia.

• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Participate in workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and contribute to defining project scope.
• Support the translation of business requirements into technical specifications with the guidance of senior team members.
• Provide essential support and training to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of implemented solutions.

• Analytical aptitude with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Eagerness to build foundational skills in business process modeling and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational background.
