Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer II to join our quality assurance team. As a QA Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through systematic testing and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to test planning activities.
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
Participate in the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
Perform regression testing to validate software changes and improvements.
Investigate and analyze reported defects, providing detailed and accurate information to facilitate resolution.
Contribute to the creation and enhancement of test documentation.
Work closely with developers to ensure timely and effective bug resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
Strong experience with Gherkin. (Must have)
Proficiency in writing test cases and test scripts.
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. (Nice to have)
Knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
