Job description

Location and Workplace: Philippines, Remote work set-up

Shift Schedule: Night Shift, Monday-Friday 10 PM to 7 AM


GoTeam is currently in search of a Digital Media Specialist. The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to configure and test campaigns for optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media, campaign testing, and technical configuration

Key Responsibilities:


Media Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand marketing goals and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive digital media plans that include targeting, budget allocation, and platform selection.

Campaign Execution

  • Manage the implementation of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, display networks, and more.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and meet performance expectations

Performance Analysis and Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Adjust strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance and ROI

Technical Configuration and Testing

  • Configure and set up digital marketing tools and platforms, including ad servers, tracking pixels, and analytics tools.
  • Test campaigns to ensure proper tracking, targeting, and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign setup and performance

Audience Research and Segmentation

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop detailed audience profiles.
  • Use data and insights to segment audiences and create tailored media plans that reach the right people at the right time

Budget Management

  • Allocate and manage media budgets effectively to maximize campaign impact.
  • Track spending and ensure all campaigns stay within budget

Collaborative Campaign Planning

  • Work closely with the Account Manager, Creative Team, or Client to understand client goals and develop compelling ad campaigns that deliver results

Staying Current with Industry Trends

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Implement new techniques and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in digital media planning or a related role is a plus.
  • Proficiency with media planning tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other DSPs.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Data, basic HTML/CSS, and campaign tracking and analytics.
  • Proficiency in installing tracking codes on various platforms including WordPress, Shopify, and more.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform media strategy.
  • Experience in optimizing media campaigns based on performance data.
  • Strong sense of creativity to develop innovative media plans that capture audience attention.
  • Ability to work with creative teams to produce effective advertising content as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and reporting.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Google Ads or Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to problem-solve.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
