Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing financial statements

from our international entities, analyzing complex financial data, and preparing statistical reports. This role will involve close collaboration with accounting personnel in various countries and require ongoing communication with our FP&A team and the VP of Accounting. The International Accounting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Review:
• Review and analyze financial statements from international entities to ensure
  
  

accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.

• Identify discrepancies and work with local accounting personnel to resolve any issues.
• Coordinate month-end close and ensure meeting deadlines and accurate reporting.
• Review monthly roll forwards and reconciliation.
• Data Analysis:
• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for
  
  

improvement.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate financial
  
  

performance to management.

• Collaboration:
• Liaise with local accounting teams to provide guidance and support on financial reporting and compliance matters.
• Collaborate closely with the FP&A team to align financial forecasts with actual
  
  

performance and assist in budgeting processes

• Stakeholder Communication:
• Regularly communicate with the Sr Accounting Manager & Director of Accounting to provide updates on international financial performance and key issues.
• Help in preparing presentations for senior management to highlight financial
  
  

insights and recommendations.

• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency across international operations.
• Implement best practices in financial reporting and analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or
  
  

equivalent certification is preferred.

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on international finance and consolidation.
• Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP
  
  

systems is a plus such as Great Plains.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
  
  

effectively across cultures and time zones.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  
  

and meet deadlines.
