Job description

What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Amazon Logistics & Client Onboarding Specialist who will be working with our client based in the US. Our client is a leading eCommerce warehouse and logistics network serving enterprise-level brands and top omnichannel-marketplace sellers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon Seller Central, particularly in the Shipments module (2-4 years experience required), and expertise in creating and managing shipping plans through 3PL warehouses. This role also requires exceptional negotiation, customer service, and supplier/vendor management skills to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

This role is full-time and 100% work-from-home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Inbound Lead Management
    • Field inbound leads via email, phone, or chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
    • Engage potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Negotiate pricing based on the services required and secure client commitment.
  • Onboarding and Account Setup
    • Facilitate the client onboarding process, including account setup and assigning them to the appropriate warehouse.
    • Guide clients through initial service agreements and processes, ensuring clear communication of expectations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all onboarding steps are completed efficiently.
  • Account Management & Escalation
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their ongoing needs and concerns.
    • Handle escalations promptly, ensuring client issues are resolved satisfactorily.
    • Provide regular updates to clients regarding service performance and improvements.
  • Operational Support
    • Leverage Amazon Seller Central expertise to assist clients with creating and managing shipping plans.
    • Coordinate with 3PL warehouses to ensure smooth shipping processes and resolve any operational issues.
    • Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and warehouse contacts to maintain service excellence.
  • Other Duties:
    • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential issues
    • Assist in refining processes and systems to improve lead conversion, onboarding, and account management workflows.
    • Support additional administrative or operational tasks as required.
About You

Core qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central, specifically the Shipments module.
  • Proven experience creating and managing shipping plans through 3PL warehouses.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana (or similar tools).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Advantageous

  • Prior experience in customer service roles with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Experience working with suppliers and vendors, managing logistics and operations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and client management
