Senior Script Developer/Python

Automation Foundations team is responsible for various automation services and platforms for internal use by operation and support teams. We are now hiring a Script Developer to help the team handle incoming requests on automation scripts and solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in script development and software lifecycle management.
• Expertise in at least one of the popular scripting languages, very strong Python, Power Shell, Java Script, etc.
• Familiar with version controlling tools such as Git.
• Understanding of process automation.
• Experience working with machine learning models or generative AI is a big plus.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL language is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scripts for system monitoring, cost tracking, and integration between different platforms.
• Write scripts primarily in Python or PowerShell and deploy them on an internal platform with full lifecycle management capabilities.
• Handle incoming requests for automation scripts and solutions from operation and support teams.
• Improve existing solutions by integrating AI-powered services, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI modules.
• Collaborate with the Automation Foundations team to enhance automation services and platforms for internal use.
