The Role

Lead and manage a rapidly growing SEO team, helping them deliver industry:leading results for clients, including:

: The SEO teams delivery of audits and campaigns

: Quality assurance by mentoring and supporting the team, not executing yourself

: Process improvement, enhancing processes, playbooks, and team structures to drive efficiency, scalability and long:term retention.

: Training and mentoring the team to upskill and deliver cutting:edge strategies

: Represent the company at industry events as a thought leader.

KEY SKILLS And EXPERIENCE

: Proven track record of leading SEO teams, ideally as a Head of SEO or senior management role

: Experience developing and pitching winning proposals to secure new business

: Strong commercial focus to balance profitability with client satisfaction

: Passion for training and empowering team members.

SALARY And BENEFITS

: GBP 70,000 : GBP 75,000 basic salary
