Role: Senior Digital Marketing & PPC (Pay-per-click) Manager!

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: India

Schedule: Night shift


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Perform detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Analyze and improve website performance for SEO and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with developers/designers to implement changes.
  • Optimize landing pages to improve lead generation and user experience.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for digital campaigns to attract new leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Help plan and execute email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for all campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data from tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Regularly assess ROI, website traffic, and lead conversion performance.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in PPC and digital marketing, • Proven track record of managing ad budgets of $10,000+/month.
  • Experience in helping businesses grow organically through content, SEO, and other digital strategies.
  • Experience working with law firms strongly preferred.
  • Ideal candidate has experience with lead generation for a personal inquiry law firm


Technical Skills:

  • Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress preferred).


Certifications:

  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications are required.
  • Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.


Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Performance Bonus Metrics (Quarterly):

  • Achieve X% increase in website traffic through SEO and organic means.
  • Improve PPC conversion rates by Y%.
  • Generate Z qualified leads for the firm.


Requirements for Application:

1. Submit a portfolio with case studies demonstrating:

- Success in PPC campaigns (before/after metrics).

- SEO projects, including keyword rankings and traffic growth.

- Examples of content strategies or creative marketing ideas.


2. Complete a skills assessment:

- PPC task: Perform keyword research and draft ad copy for a hypothetical campaign.

- SEO task: Audit a sample website and provide actionable recommendations.
