Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced designer with expertise in PowerPoint as well as significant experience in eLearning - Articulate Rise or other CMS systems to join our team.

This role involves helping our existing team develop and deliver high-quality presentations and eLearning modules that drive impact and engagement.

Tasks:

As a Designer, You’ll be instrumental in translating materials into also PowerPoint presentations as well as digital learning experiences that are engaging, user-friendly, and consistent with our branding and standards.

You will collaborate with our account directors and instructional design team to create interactive and visually engaging eLearning modules that align with our client’s training goals.

The content will focus on key themes such as Marketing and sales training, as well as product related or more medical content around particular diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform provided content, including presentations, storyboards and instructional materials, into polished and professional eLearning experiences and/or presentations.
• Develop and design eLearning modules using Articulate Rise or other CMS systems, incorporating interactive features, multimedia, and assessments.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers to ensure learning objectives are met and design aligns with the overall training strategy.
• Maintain consistency in style and branding across all touchpoints.
• Implement feedback to ensure the final product meets stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in presentation and eLearning design with significant proficiency in Articulate Rise.
• Some understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal design and development teams to create and update digital assets, such as icons and graphics for website sections.
• Develop additional pages for multi-page websites using existing designs.
• Utilize HTML/CSS skills to implement design elements effectively.
• Understand how to leverage branding across different mediums, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage digital design tasks from both creative and production standpoints.
• Experience creating infographics and presentation design. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a remote team.
