Strikingly, a cutting-edge and mobile-friendly website builder, is on a mission to empower individuals to express their unique creativity. We are currently seeking a bilingual Chinese-English Non-Voice Customer Support Agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, to deliver exceptional and professional assistance through our email and live chat platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for helping others and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Happiness Officer, you will play an integral role in enhancing customer satisfaction and will be responsible for:

  • Embodying our brand’s voice and personality in every interaction with customers.
  • Creating memorable experiences through outstanding customer service for both new and existing clients across various channels (email, chat, and social media).
  • Translating our product content and all customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, into Chinese.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of our products and internal software to assist customers effectively.
  • Fostering a positive and uplifting atmosphere in all customer and team interactions.

Required Skills

To excel in this position, candidates should have:

  • Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English communication.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for assisting individuals with diverse learning curves.
  • A strong inclination towards learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to a reliable computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or better, and a minimum 20Mbps internet connection.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week).
