Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Bilingual (Dutch - English) Customer Support Specialist, also referred to as a Dutch Happiness Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embody our brand personality in every customer engagement by consistently utilizing the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Deliver outstanding service to both new and existing customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Translate product information and customer communications such as newsletters and lifecycle emails into Dutch.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product and internal systems to provide efficient support to our customers.
  • Cultivate a positive and uplifting atmosphere in each interaction with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
