Job Title: Social Media and Content / SEO Manager
Location:
Remote (must be bilingual in Spanish and English)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

To expand our online presence and better serve our diverse customer base, were seeking a talented and proactive Social Media and Content/SEO Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Social Media and Content/SEO Manager will play a critical role in building our brand and engaging with our target audience through strategic social media campaigns, compelling content, and optimized website performance. This remote position requires fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our bilingual audience and execute tailored campaigns for our Miami-based customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing & Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage social media accounts, including monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages, and growing followers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to design promotions, campaigns, and giveaways to boost brand visibility.

Content Creation:

  • Write, edit, and proofread blogs, website copy, and email newsletters tailored to our target audience.
  • Develop bilingual (Spanish/English) content to cater to our diverse customer base.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers or use tools like Canva to create visuals and multimedia assets.
  • Optimize written content for readability, relevance, and SEO.

SEO Optimization:

  • Perform keyword research to identify high-performing terms for the website and blog content.
  • Optimize website metadata, tags, images, and structure for improved search engine ranking.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and implement best practices to maintain competitiveness.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track the performance of social media campaigns and website traffic, providing monthly reports on KPIs and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and improve CTRs, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Use analytics tools to identify content gaps and growth opportunities.


Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and SEO.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to create and execute effective strategies tailored to a bilingual audience.


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in the home services or related industry.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
