We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer - RoR This role is Remote, Poland
You will be joining our Maintenance team and participating in analysis and resolution of customer issues. You will be working on real tasks related to our business-critical product and relevant for others. Our modern Cracow office is located in the city center (5 minutes walk from Main Railway Station). We offer stationary, hybrid or work from home, based on your own preference.
In this role you will...
- Maintain existing features and cooperate with Support Team on solving customer issues
- Develop, unit test, and deliver the fixes within committed timelines.
- Understand product requirements, and brainstorm with the product team.
- Be a great test driven engineer and set high standards for quality with every new development.
- Work closely with leads and architects to ensure each new development is in line with CSOD vision and harmonizes with overall architecture.
You’ve Got What It Takes If You...
- Have minimum 6 years hands-on experience on RoR preferable in Enterprise business
- Experience in leading a development of a feature or part of a product
- Have a very good knowledge of AWS services
- Hands-on experience with relational database: MySQL, Postgresql
- Foundation in Frontend technologies like React is a plus
- Experience with no-sql databases like MongoDB, Redis, Influx is a plus
- Solid grip on data structures and database designs
- Motivated by results team-player
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
