As an Embedded Software Engineer, you'll be working in a talented automotive software development team! This role focuses on coding and testing software for automotive systems, leveraging your expertise in C/C++ to ensure high-quality, reliable embedded solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement embedded software in C/C++ for automotive applications.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate solutions seamlessly within vehicle systems.
  • Perform software testing, debugging, and optimization on target hardware.
  • Contribute to system design and functionality discussions to ensure high-quality, robust solutions.
  • Document software specifications, design processes, and testing results for future reference.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
  • Strong understanding of embedded software principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the automotive industry with embedded software development.
  • Familiarity with automotive software standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, MISRA) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of testing tools such as Vector CANoe or similar automotive-specific tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in the Japanese automotive industry.
