Summary:

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for ADT's SMB security offerings and strategic initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our product roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring ADT remains at the forefront of the SMB security market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Development:

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for SMB security solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams on product launches and adoption.
  
  

Business Growth:

• Drive growth of current products in the SMB channel.
• Identify and implement initiatives to accelerate growth in the SMB market.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product decisions.
• Develop pricing strategies and business models to maximize profitability.
• Create compelling value propositions and sales enablement materials.
  
  

Cybersecurity Focus:

• Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies for SMB customers.
• Incorporate robust cybersecurity features into product offerings.
• Position ADT as a leader in SMB cybersecurity solutions.
  
  

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Serve as the product owner and subject matter expert for SMB security solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Present product strategies and results to executive leadership.
  
  

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in security or technology products.
• Previous experience in consumer electronics, specifically with security systems, camera surveillance, and access control.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products.
• Strong understanding of SMB customer needs and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  
  

Preferred:

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the security industry, particularly with SMB customers.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
• Familiarity with IoT and cloud-based security solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $154,400 -$231,600 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
