Our client is a dealership specializing in high-quality pre-owned vehicles. They offer a great car-buying experience with expert sales staff, financing options, and a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.


About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on inbound and outbound calls related to car sales, with an emphasis on vehicles with rebuilt titles. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of rebuilt titles and vehicle specifications. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry.


Key responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, primarily focused on vehicles with rebuilt titles.
  • Build relationships with potential customers, managing leads through the entire sales process.
  • Provide clear and professional information to customers about rebuilt titles and vehicle details.
  • Use CRM software (DealerCenter) to track and update customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a seamless customer experience and increase sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on phone sales or telemarketing.
  • Experience using CRM systems (DealerCenter preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle models
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up effectively to close sales.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).


Nice to have:

  • Previous experience selling rebuilt vehicles is a plus.

Shift: Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM EST.
