Role Summary

This position is responsible for managing our recurring Inflight Entertainment Content (IFEC) programs, including regular updates and GUI content for each client account as outlined in the scope of work, schedules, and milestones. The role involves collaborating with global teams and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for media and technology, excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions, and a strong work ethic.

Location: Anywhere in India

Remote Options: 100% remote

What You’ll Be Doing

Works with cross-functional teams to ensure metadata and image assets are to OEM specifications for servicing

Handle production and QC of OEM metadata & images programs

Performs data management tasks including normalizing and input of content images, descriptive and technical metadata ensuring completeness and accuracy

Communicate with OEM Program managers on day-to-day tasks including but not limited to client change requests, and updates

Identify and resolve technical and production issues, escalating to management as required

Ensure advertisements are assigned to titles as per platform requirements

Create and publish content tracking grids to OEM

Calculate, monitor, and manage milestones to ensure timely deliveries to OEM

Provide coverage support when required

Exemplify the company core values and behaviours

Offer and provide feedback for departmental continuous improvement processes

What We’re Looking For

3+ years working with video/audio/subtitle/metadata and client service experience in Media & Entertainment, film/tv production, or similar industry experience is preferred

Strong understanding of video/film formats, distribution workflows, and technologies

Experience with the InFlight Entertainment industry is a plus.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills

Highly effective problem solver able to assess, adapt, and action-changing priorities and strategies

Able to succeed and thrive in a dynamic, innovative, deadline-driven environment.

Willing and able to work outside of regular business hours to support when necessary

Excellent MS Excel Skills

Knowledge of MS Office package

Working knowledge of Photoshop preferred
