We believe in setting our team up for long-term success. That’s why the blend of classroom + practical training is designed to give you a deep understanding of Private Health Insurance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • You'll start on phone calls, learning the ropes by handling simple customer inquiries (e.g., updating addresses, general information).
  • Then you’ll tackle some complex calls, and expand your skills, learning hospital cover, extras, and more on the phones.
  • Eventually gain upselling and sales related skills as you grow in your role.
  • Focus on hitting KPIs for quality, compliance, process adherence, response times, and customer satisfaction.
  • 3 weeks of initial training across 9-5pm VICTORIA time (AEDT). Self directed, mixed with theory facilitator with trainer and e-modules
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Anyone with experienced in contact centre customer service or someone with a passion for putting customer's first.
  • We’re open to anyone with a great attitude, a desire to learn, and a willingness to follow process and compliance guidelines.
  • Must be able to ask the right questions, listen actively, and work to understand customer needs.
  • Someone who wants to grow their career in Private Health Insurance.

  • Start Date: 20th Jan 2025
  • Work from Home
  • 5 Months + casual position with potential of extension or permanency thereafter

  • Visa Holders Accepted: Yes! As long as you can work consistent 37.5 hours each week with no restrictions across the 5 months please apply!
