Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communication is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in Italian; proficiency in English is optional, additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients remotely.
  • Comfortable with basic office software and CRM tools; eagerness to learn new systems.
  • Self-disciplined and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote work environment.
