🍊 Lo que realizarás:


Como diseñador UXUI serás responsable de identificar y validar los dolores de nuestros usuarios, idear y co-crear diferentes soluciones y finalizar la construcción, utilizando el sistema de diseño para ofrecer una experiencia excelente, innovadora y libre de errores.

Trabajamos poniendo el usuario y la data en el centro de nuestras decisiones y nos basamos en los mejores estándares del mercado para garantizar los mejores niveles de calidad.


  • Investigaciones cuantitativas y cualitativas para identificar dolores de nuestros usuarios y oportunidades de innovación.
  • Construcción de flujos, wireframes y prototipos para representar una propuesta de solución.
  • Diseño de alta fidelidad de las soluciones, incluyendo todas las características y apoyándose del sistema de diseño.
  • Organizar, presentar y defender las soluciones a equipos internos y a las principales partes interesadas, siempre basando sus decisiones en data y buenas prácticas de diseño.


🍊 Requisitos:


  • Licenciatura en diseño, diseño industrial o afín.
  • +3 años de experiencia trabajando con productos digitales (Preferentemente en Ecommerce, retail, productos financieros, social).
  • Portafolio de proyectos.
  • Dominio de ​​software de diseño (Figma/Sketch/XD) y Board (Figjam/Miro/Mural).
  • Metodologías de diseño (design thinking, design sprint, lean UX)
  • Investigación con usuarios (cualitativas y cuantitativas).
  • UX (construcción de solución, wireframes, flujos, validación con usuarios).
  • UI (Prototipos, patrones de material design y human design, sistemas de diseño).
  • Metologias ágiles y procesos de hand-off a desarrollo.
